Subprocessors

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This page lists the third parties that process personal data on our behalf to operate Neurree. It is referenced by Section 8 of our Privacy Policy and is kept current here so that it reflects reality between policy revisions.

Current subprocessors

Provider Purpose Data processed Processing location
Heroku (Salesforce, Inc.) Application servers and the Postgres database All account data, training history and assessment results European Union
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) Crash reporting and diagnostics Crash reports, device and OS version, and the account identifier United States
Microsoft Corporation Delivery of account email (Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph) Recipient address and message content European Union

Other recipients

These parties are not subprocessors: they do not act on our instructions, and they decide for themselves how they use the data. They are listed for completeness, because personal data passes between us and them.

Party Relationship Data exchanged
Apple Inc. Sign in with Apple; App Store distribution. Apple is the merchant of record for any purchase and an independent controller for its own account and payment data. The identifier and email address (or private relay address) Apple releases when you choose to sign in with Apple
Google LLC Google sign-in; Google Play distribution. Google is an independent controller for its own account and payment data. The identifier and email address Google releases when you choose to sign in with Google
Transfers outside the EEA. Where a provider above processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer mechanisms described in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy — an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or an equivalent safeguard.

How this list changes

We update this page when a subprocessor is added, removed or replaced. Adding a subprocessor that handles a category of data we already collect, for a purpose already described in the Privacy Policy, is published here and does not change the Policy itself.

If we engage a subprocessor for a new purpose, or one that processes a category of data we did not previously collect, that is a material change: we update the Privacy Policy and give notice as described in Section 15 of it.

Objecting to a subprocessor

If you object to a subprocessor we use, write to support@neurree.com. Where the provider is necessary to operate the App we may not be able to offer the service without it, in which case you can delete your account from within the App — Settings, then Delete account — which erases your data as described in Section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
